The REAL STORIES, REAL PEOPLE Project is the Anti-stigma and HIV Awareness raising program produced by The Friends of AIDS Foundation.

The Project aims to advocate the elimination of stigma associated with HIV/AIDS among the general public, help increase public understanding of HIV/AIDS and people infected/affected by the virus and reduce the transmission rates.

REAL STORIES, REAL PEOPLE features a diverse group of HIV positive individuals, up close and personal. These individuals are sharing their experiences, strengths and hope in an effort to inspire people to create the necessary change to combat the HIV pandemic and eradicate the HIV- related Stigma.

On this site you will have the opportunity to interact with each Featured Guest on their personal pages, learn more about HIV/AIDS, ask questions, find answers, get advice, and acquire a better understanding of what it is like to be infected with/affected by HIV.
