The Friends of AIDS Foundation is a community based organization established
in 2006 in response to a growing need for assistance to those impacted by the
HIV/AIDS epidemic. We stand for and represent a changing and diverse community.
We are dedicated to joining efforts to combat this disease and create an impact on
policy making that will help change the future course of this epidemic.
Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals infected with and
affected by HIV/AIDS and help prevent the transmission of HIV by delivering cutting
edge programs and services that are free of charge and without regard to race,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, or lifestyle.
Our programs utilize the harm reduction philosophy which provides the necessary
information, options, and support so that individuals can make healthy choices and
prevent the spread of HIV.
Our services are delivered by an experienced and compassionate staff and tailored
to meet the needs of diverse individuals from many communities.
